Cultivation FAQ
We grow in a hybridized system blending organics and hydroponics. We use Coconut Coir and aged forest material blended with expanded volcanic rock as our media and have a diversified feed schedule utilizing both elements of hydroponic salts and organic matter.
We currently grow in an 11,000 sq. ft. indoor facility in Meridian, Mississippi using state of the art lighting and HVAC systems to provide the most consistent highest quality product possible.
We use two plant based, organic pesticides throughout our growth process to ensure that our final product is safe and consistent. This includes a neem extract and a naturally occurring biological that increases our plants’ resistance to a host of diseases.
We use high tech Cycloptics ceramic bulbs in the vegetative stage, and Nanolux double ended high pressure sodium bulbs for the flowering stage.
Quality is our number one concern. We aim to cure everything for at least 30 days. When inventory is low and we need to meet patients demands, we will release some from earlier in cure, however nothing under three weeks will be sent to our patients.
We have a team of six individuals in our post-harvest department who work carefully to manicure every flower with love. Our process begins with our trim team removing the fan and sugar leaves by hand. We then use a Twister machine to trim away any excess leaves while the flower is still wet. Lastly, we inspect for quality prior to cure.
